I am leaving Trinity Lakes as soon as my lease is up at the end of June. I have had several problems with loud neighbors that like to party all the time. I could never even find a parking place anywhere near my apartment because of all of the cars there for the parties that were being thrwon below me!When i page the courtesy officer, it usually takes them at least 2 hours to call back, if they do at all. And even when they do call back, they do nothing about the problem. There is trash and litter all over the place that never seems to be cleaned up. Also, I never really felt safe because of the "weird and scary" looking men seen walking around at all hours of the night. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is truly the ghetto of Cordova!
