Trinity Lakes is about the worst apartment complex in Cordova! I moved in in October of 2003and it was trouble from the ver begining! My apartment was on the bottom floor of the "white" buildings. I thought I had got a great deal WRONG! My windows perspiered enough that I had to leave a rag under them every day and if I didnt it sounded liek a dripping faucet! If I didn;t it started to mold and I would have to get the mat. people to clean up. So if I calle don a monday you can beat a $100 dollars it was not going to be fixed till the following monday b/c they were constantly lossing my ticket. And to make matters worse they lost my keys TO MY APARTMENT! at least twice!!!! This place is unsafe as hell! And the people who are in mat. look kinda shady anyways! But my main issue was the mold which long story short grew so bad I was spring cleaning and it destroyed a $100 pair of new balance shoes!!!!!!!!!!! Mold did mold!!!! This place is awful and you don't feel safe at all! And the ducks don't move on the side w/ the ducks they wake you up at the crack of dawn ever morning! I can't wait to move out ! And the people who say they like it must not be home enough to really know what is going on!ohh yeah and did I mention termites in the "brown" apartments!
