I lived at Trinity Lakes apartments for about a year and a half. Do not move here. I just moved out and a month later received a bill for $450 for carpet repairs. They said the apartment wasn't cleaned and I was charged $75.00 and a water bill for $17. When did water get so expensive' The apartment was cleaned and there was nothing wrong with the carpets. The apartment manager was very rude, automatically acting defensive when I went to question them about the bill. As if I was just going to fork over $450 without questioning why I was paying that much.
For the people who are considering moving to Trinity Lakes, stay far far away. I had friends that lived in different apartments and both were charged enormous fees when moving out. If you want to pay way too much for an apartment that is junk with no maintence people to fix the many problems the apartments have then this is the place for you.

and if you refuse to pay what they charge you they will put it on your credit rating and claim they "tried to reach" you but couldn't. I lived in the same place for THREE YEARS after moving out of the dump and they couldn't find me??? Funny how all the OTHER bills did.
