Potential Renter Beware....DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

If you are thinking about moving to Trinity Lakes, PLEASE look somewhere else. The sell pitch is great. But when you move here, it will be a nightmare. The staff is rude, the maintenance department has no idea what they are doing, and the grounds are horrible.
When I moved into my apartment in 2003, it was FILTHY!!!! It was obvious no one had did a final walk through with the previous tenant. I had no hot water for the first 3 days I was there, and no CONSTANT running hot water for the first 6 months.
If you call to have something fixed in your apartment, it will take maintenance at least 2 weeks to fix anything. There were plenty of things wrong in my apartment (no hot H2O, termites, dirty carpet, broken windows, screens that don't fit windows, water underneath the linoleum and carpet, etc) but the serious issue was the mold underneath my bathroom sink. They "fixed" the problem by placing a piece of plywood on top of it. Needless to say, I got in contact with the Memphis Fair Housing Association in order to get things corrected. But, they only patched up the problems.
My lease is up soon, and I can't WAIT to leave. I wish I would have known about this website before I moved there last year. Otherwise, I would have kept looking. Please do not make the same mistake almost everyone on this website has made. Trust us....YOU DO NOT WANT TO MOVE TO THIS HELLHOLE!!!!
