I have been here almost 1 year,I"m glad 1 of 4 of my good comments finally made it !!! This place is nice, It is far from the guetto, come see for yourself, I notice that most of the bad reviews, like { notes on your door } sounds like you owe money and Kristain19 the staff looks shady, what do you call shady' you look better' the staff is very nice, sometimes the maint. runs behind, they have over 500 apt to take care of,but they repair things right. It makes me mad that such crap is posted, there is always people working out and playing raquetball everyone here is nice, and the pools are nice and they have a volleyball court too, g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Trinity Lakes employees are posting these positive, Anonymous eMails to fool you!

I've been here almost two years and I will renew my lease. This place sucks, but I do like living here. All my friends live here.
We've never been late with our rent and I doubt any of my friends have either. There are 5 of us here, right now talking about Trinity Lake's as I type this. I'm reading all the YES - positive comments 'people' are writing - and we're having a good laugh.

Here's the truth - if you care:

Trinity Lakes employees are posting these positive, Anonymous eMails to fool you. Trinity Lakes is NOT a good value. It is not run well.

Prime examples & evidence:

About two weeks after I moved in (on a 1 yr lease at $740/mo) a neighbor had an eviction notice on his door. I knew this neighbor had moved out already since I had seen them loading their truck days before. They were not coming back. So I read the eviction notice. Their rent had been $565/mo. A far cry from the $740 I am currently paying.

Just drive by on any Tuesday an look at the piles of trash NEXT to the garbage dumpster (there is only 1 main one.) They're to cheap to get service twice a week (it would double their cost) and instead have a Trinity Lakes employee toss in all the garbage once the dumpster has been emptied.

Don't just LOOK at the gym equipment - look at see if it workds. Of course less than half does.

If you speak to them on the phone - be sure to ask about the DVD collection they loan out. I've been here a year and a half. No DVD collection. Just a shelf in the office with DVD COVERS. Staff obviously uses this on anyone who walks in. More than one person I've talked to (other tenants) has told me that THEY were told Trinity Lakes HAS a collection before they moved in, and were told later that they had misunderstood. Trinity Lakes staffers then tell you, that "the DVDs haven't come in yet."

Don't get a unit on the ground floor if your apartment is close to one of the lakes where the duck are. The ducks ---- everywhere on everything.

They over-chlorinate the pool, so the pool doesn't have to be serviced as often, etc.

They take forever to replace the broken light bulbs outside each door.

Women should never get their mail at night. Again, to save money, T Lakes continues to install a single fluorescent low wattage light where 2 lights will fit.
Check it out late any night.

At night there are a lot of cockroaches running around the walkways. Another reason to not live on the ground floor. Sometime on really hot days, I have seen roaches sit on the door stoop enjoying the cold indside air seeping out under the bottom of the door. If you're the unlucky person who opens the door, you now have a new roommate.

I live here for 2 reasons. 1) Great location: there are two Kroger's less than a 1/4 mile away. Shnuck's is across the street along with, movie theater, bowling alley, skate rink, Chillis, Applebee's, FedEx Kinko's, a bunnch of great places to eat and shop, US PO 1 mile away, etc

2. There are a lot of kids, 21 - 29 that live near the pool (like me) that make great neighbors and friends. We use the volleyball court ALL the time!

** ** It AMAZES me that Trinity Lakes staff have the time (or are told) to type theses good reports, when they could be fixing the problems we all see!!
