how can i start. the grounds are poorly kept. the tenants trash the place with beer bottles and beer cans. the maintenance is horrible. my towel rack came off the wall. the solution was to re hang it and leave 2 big holes in my wall. maintenance came to fix my dryer 3 times. the first time they said my hose was clogged. the second time, it was because they pinched my hose the first time, the third time the solution was to remove the hose from the dryer. so my apt. is humid as all get out. my roommate had nowhere to park. my friend left his car at my place while he went to chicago to a funeral. it was towed without notice because his tags expired. cost him 250 dollars. my roommate was almost towed for parking in an unreadable handicap spot, which was nowhere near a building. the tow guy charged him 150 dollars to not tow it. i could go on and on, this is a rat hole. stay away. pay the extra money for a decent place to live.
