Thanks to all of you for your comments. I was interested in living in these apartments, mainly because they are the lowest priced ones in Cordova. I spent a about an hour driving through there one afternoon, and also at night just to get a feel for the neighborhood. While driving through during the day, I did not notice much out of the ordinary, however while driving through at night I noticed people outside drinking, music, kids out too late, and many cars driving through the complex. It did not look like a place to obtain much peace. It is true that you get what you pay for and I would rather pay $100 extra per month to live where people care about their neighbors and have respect for their property and their right to live in a peaceful atmosphere. I have checked into several other apt complexes the exact same way I did this one and I have to say that it was the worst, there are a few others that I won't be living in but this one tops them all. again thank you for the warning!!1
