Almost rent but I was lucky

I was planning to move in these complex , the staff was all very very nice to me and my family ,(EVENTHOUGH i AM a Minority) the only problem I run into was that after I was convinced, a situation came up where one very close family member relocated to this city , so we tried to get him in the same complex , but after he was accepted into two other apt complexes he was denied by trinity lakes ....kind a weird ...but well they didn`t only loose that lease but mine as well , I hope it is not a racial thing , but well who knows... also the apt that was shown to us as ready was lacking maintanence so I believe that my decision not to move there was accurate.
