I have been at Trinity Lakes since late summer 2004. I have no complaints, the management has always been nice for the most part and the maintnance crew is awesome, they always come out same day or within 24 hours... I have never paid my rent late so I dont know what the penalties are, couldnt tell you that. But my rent did decrease $40.00 last time I renewed instead of increasing. My living room is a little small. The bedrooms (big enough for my king size bed) and closets & laundry room are nice sized, though. I feel very safe at TLakes. Never had a bug problem where I am....I recommend highly! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
