I had a pretty good experience at Trinity Lakes. I paid $520 for a one bedroom apartment with awesome high ceilings (top floor). My dryer, shower head, and door knob all broke at some point during the year, but every time something happened, maintenance was there STAT and had everything fixed very quickly. The ducks are kind of loud and annoying and the parking lot can also be loud too.
My only major complaint was that parking was not well organized and my car was towed when no parking zones were not clearly labeled.
