A tale of mice on the counter and water on the floor

The water pipe to the ice maker snapped and there was close to five inches of water on my floor. They fixed the pipe (ONLY because it was soaking into the living room carpet) and then told ME to go rent fans to dry the carpet....AND I got charged for the "excessive water use"!
A short time later I noticed mouse droppings in the laundry area. After substantial whining on my part, they sent a guy out to put down sticky bait traps. He came back the next week and left THREE dead mice IN THE TRAPS on my kitchen counter.
You really want to live in a place like that''' Glad I don't anymore. I broke my lease after threatening them with the health department (black mold growing up the walls) and got out as fast as I could!
Too bad you can't rate them a ZERO!!!!!!!!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I hate this place like you wouldn't believe. I'd like to call the police on my noisy neighbors upstairs but in reality it's not their fault I can hear every footstep they make. They aren't responsible for making such a low quality, low insulated building.
