If you like major potholes, dead trees, overgrown shrubs blocking the rusted breezeways, and mold smelling apartments, this is your place.

Every water pipe in my apartmet leaks, the wood under the cabinets has rotted. Even the way undersized a/c unit leaks and needs maint. constantly.

Would you beleive that the eves over the breezeway was so rotted that it fell, rain gutter and all. I complained about it and Richard said the work had to be "approved " by the corporate office. This took about 6 months. Then all that was done about it was a coat of paint on the rotted wood. Now thats getting the job done.

Maintenance concerns are responded with a note stating "problem could not be duplicated."

Volleyball ln. should be called Bowlingball ln. for all the @#@*# noise. ie: loud radios outside and inside, people yelling night & day, parties all weekend, and horns blowing at all the non-drivers. People here dont even know how to park btwn the lines!

Yes I have complained, in writing and verbally. So when my lease is up I'm outta here.
