When we rented our apartment, they claimed that they didn't have one to show us but we were desperate so we rented it anyway. The model showed features such as ceiling fans in every room and a closet on the patio. Well, we didn't get any of that. Then when we complained, the leasing agent who worked with us try to accuse us of lying saying that she never told us that. Next, we have roaches! Lots of them! They won't go away! It's very nasty! The first time we called for pest control, they failed to put us on their list so we never got sprayed until 2 weeks later! We are also directly on the lake. The ducks will perch on our balcony and ruin everything that we have out there but deficating on the porch. Not to mention the 3 break ins and sexual assault that was reported within 2 months time. My boyfriend had his truck broken into and when i called to report it to the leasing office, they didn't do anything! I only have 3 months left on my lease and they want to charge me over $2400 to break my lease! When my heat went out at the beginning of winter, i found out that my apartment unit was a remodel from a fire and my heating system is different from everyone elses so i had to wait nearly 2 weeks for heat. The apartments are old and you can hear everything through the walls. I hate these apartments and i don't recommend them to anyone! The only good thing i can say is that when i did have a problem, maintenance was always out right away. Even though they couldn't fix my heat right away, everything was done immediately.

This review is rather accurate, I am a current resident and cannot wait until I can move and that is 3 more months!!! I do not recommend this complex to anyone.
