i love these apartments! the staff, especially ms.kylin d., is so curtious and so sweet. everytime i walk in there (which isnt too often) they all know me by name and are very helpful with anything i need. as for the maintnance, i think that they work very hard, especially in the winter months, and they may not be able to get to EVERYBODY in the same day, but they sure do try to. the whole staff works very hard and i think that they all deserve an award.

4/5 on construction? Really???? You cannot be talking about the same Trinity Lakes apartments that I live in. This place is held together with duck tape and hope.
I'm guessing this "review" was posted by an employee. The apartments are garbage.
