the maintenance is usually taken care of within a few days, but i understand that emergencies like air conditioners and leaks take priority over my ice maker not making ice. the office is friendly and they even do cute decorations for the holidays or seasons, that angela girl was sweet, kylin too. my apartment is great, have a lake view and there is lots of parking on my street. the apartment above me has a kid who gets loud, but it isnt often and i understand IT IS AN APARTMENT. they are very pet friendly and the ducks on property are fun to look at and feed. i enjoy taking my dog to the office and the staff has fun with him too.
the price is great for a cordova apartment with so many amenities, the 1,077 sf size is perfect for my boyfriend and i. they require renters insurance, which im not sure why, but its only like $15 a month, so thats ok. you have to pay for your water with your rent but its like $10 too, i heard it is ALOT worse at some complexes just down the street. i have been here for two years and havent had any big issues, just the two-year-old upstairs, but i can live with that, everything else is great :)
