I've lived in this complex for about four years now. I haven't had a single problem with management, and the entire staff has been very helpful and accomodating. Noise has never been a problem, as I realize I live in an apartment, not a house. You live in Memphis, there is crime, get used to it or move. Stop blaming management for the city's troubles.
