I visited this complex last summer to see about renting. I notice what seemed to be railroad tracks next to the complex. Are those tracks still in use' Do trains come by at night'

Are the gates kept in good repair' Does the place have any problem with flooding after a heavy rain'

no problems with flooding, gate are fine when the non-driving residents don't run into them-which is about every weekend, and NO trains
