I've lived here almost 2 years. For the first 18 months it was great; then new ownership took over. It has been downhill ever since. First, they got rid of 2 of the 3 leasing agents. They removed all the swings. The pool has been open for only a couple of months the whole year; they even tried to make people pay for a pass to access the pool. It is a gated community only half the time; the rest of the time they fail open. They give you a card to access the gate, but if you want to use a remote you have to pay 50 bucks for it. Only half the fitness machines work and there are only 4. You can't access the internet computer after hours or on weekends. They supposedly have a courtesy officer on call. I've called twice and no one ever showed up. Now that the apartments are settling, the doors don't seal very well. I had to fix it myself when the maintenance crew failed to fix it, twice. I have 2 new sets of neighbors and I am loosing a lot of sleep. They are loud. I hear alarms, feet, music, tv's and every little thump and drop. I wear ear plugs and can still hear my inconsiderate neighbors. I have the neighbors from hell. I have placed numerous complaints and management has not fixed the issue. Like I said, the courtesy officer(memphis police) is non-existent. Parking is good but traffic along the side streets is horrendous. Don't plan on leaving the complex between 4pm - 5pm. I have 2 months to survive. Look long and hard before you sign. Hope this helps. I am not bitter, just disappointed.

It is ownd by emperian, thats who they are complaining about.. they are very frustrating to deal with
