I just recently moved here in February. I found the staff very helpful and very acomodating to all of my requests. The apartments are great. The noise level hasn't ever been loud or out of control. It is not going to be quiet 100% of the time, since this is an apartment complex with many people. So far I feel as safe here as I do in other parts of Memphis. Crime is going to happen whether you live in a gated apartment community or not. I would recommend living here to my friends.

This must have been posted by someone who works in the office and claims to live there!!!! Either that or you must be really naive! The office staff is just fine when they're trying to snag another victim to sign a lease.... It's all down hill from there!

I do not work for the office and I am not naive either. I have lived in several different Memphis apartments in different areas of town. The Villas at Cordova is an awesome place to live. I am sorry that you have had such a hard time there, but the bottom line is this is a very nice place to call home.
