We moved here at the end of February and have had no problems whatsoever! I must admit that when we moved in, there was a notice on the floor under the front door saying that break-ins had happened the previous night and asking people to set their alarms whether they are home or not. This was not a great "welcome letter" as I have children and am very very protective. It is now April and we have yet to have any problems from management, maintenance, or neighbors. And NO I am NOT on the staff! My husband is a police officer and there are countless other police officers and police recruits who live on this property as well. Some people have said lots of police cars are on the property often, but that is because they live here, not because of break-ins. Since that first notice we received about break-ins, there have been no other notices at all! We are having a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. The only noise we have to deal with is the children who play outside when we have our windows up on a warm day. Also, we live in an apartment with an attached garage. I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but the normal apartments are built quite different from ours. We have no problems from our neighbors. I sometimes can hear the little baby downstairs when EVERYTHING is off in our apartment. Understandably, I have small children of my own. I have had no problems with the gates being open for people to get in because often times, my family comes by and are confused on how to get in. We have to direct them through the gate controls so they can get the gate open. Also, when we first moved in, we turned in our list of things that were wrong with the apartment to Angela at closing time one day. The next morning, the maintenance guy was there to fix everything and did a WONDERFUL job! The whole staff has been very attentive to our needs and we LOVE it here! It's great for my hubby because so many of his fellow officers live near by. Who wouldn't feel safe with a community full of police officers right next door and downstairs from you' I have two small children under 3 that my hubby and I take to the fitness center with us. They have a little play room with a tv and books and blocks and loads of things for children to play with. My kids have fun while we work out. It's a very friendly and neighborly environment! I would DEFINITELY recommend this complex to anyone, unless you are a stick in the mud who does not like children, officers, or friendly staff. Then, I would suggest you buy a house and that will solve all your problems! And NO I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THE STAFF! I am a STAY AT HOME MOMMY!

Also, i will admit that the office asst. manager morgan can sometimes seem a little crabby and angry, but we never deal with her. We also deal with Angela and she has been nothing but nice and helpful to us.
