We moved here in the summer of 2006. Since that time, the management has changed quite a few times and the current staff are not helpful whatsoever. They let anyone with a paycheck and a pulse move in. One of the reasons we moved from here was because of a domestic abuse incident next door to us. Just because it looks like a nice place doesn't mean that there are nice people around.

The buildings are CHEAP. They look nice, but you can tell they skimped on important things. The flooring was buckling on the second level (it was that way before we moved in) The doors wouldn't close right, due to the floors. PLASTIC sinks in the bathrooms, and the day we moved in, they didn't even have the date written down and had to rush to get the apartment cleaned up.

The pool is only open 3 months out of the year. They keep the gate locked during the other 9 months. The office hours are horrible, they are closed on Saturdays (due the owners religion) and close at 5 on weekdays. Good luck trying to get any packages on your time off from work.

With the way prices are these days, honestly you are better off renting a home in Cordova. You will get much more for your money and a lot more privacy.

I agree, although I did find the staff helpful and friendly. The gates are usually broken from residents hitting them, the apartments are beautiful on the inside but are very cheaply made and and materials are very cheap, and you better believe they will charge you for it all when you move out.
