I know a lot of people have problems with Sunshine properties for damages. Their very picky when it come to you moving out and you've had pets.

This is the best apartment I've every had! The space is awsome and rent is great for this area. Closet space like you wouldn't believe. I live in the 3 bedroom. It's set up like a split floor plan. Master on one end and the 2 kids rooms on the other. Just to give you an idea on the closet space... the master closet is 9x5...second 5x8 third around 6x5 and a hall linen about 4x4. They come with seperate computer rooms with built in desk and cabinets so it like almost having a 4 bedroom or a 3 br w/ and office.....9 foot ceilings. The insulation is the best I've seen and heat and air units are great. You don't think about the maintence thing til you get your first energy bill. These apartments we're made right. Grounds are very well maintained and it's quite. I haven't even heard my neighbors next door and barely the one above me. There are lots of people out walking dogs or sitting on their patios. I've met so many people. It's like a real neighborhood, Not like strangers living all around you.

Maintence is very prompt and curtious and well as management. Lots of amenties including racquet ball.

I can't say enough about these apartments their floor plans are set up more like a house than a apartment.

You can't go wrong to make Walnut Hill your next home.
