This is my second apartment in the Memphis area and I've looked at every apartment in Cordova/Germantown/Memphis and this is by far the best value for the money. Large floorplans, huge walk-in-closets, large tubs, full size w/d, built-in computer desk, lots of extra space & a large balcony. There is plenty of parking and it's pretty quiet. I haven't had a utility bill over $70. It's worth it to pay the extra money though I got in on a great special.
