MY EXPERIENCE HERE HAS BEEN A GREAT ONE. MY FLOOR PLAN IS GREAT (MY CHILDREN ARE ON ONE SIDE OF THE APT AND I'M ON THE OTHER ). ALSO I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HIGH CELINGS. I HAVE A CANOPY BED AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL IN THE MASTER.ON THE DOWNSIDE MY NEIGHBORS AREN'T VERY FRIENDLY AND I WILL NEVER MOVE ONTHE THIRD FLOOR AGAIN IN MY LIFE.(TWO SMALL CHILDREN,GROCERIES- NEVER AGAIN!). OVERALL I LOVE CHECKING OUT MOVIES FOR FREE AND AMBER IN THE OFFICE IS THE BEST.

My experience in these apartments have been awful!!! I have had several items stolen. This morning my babies DVD player and Disney movies were stolen right out of my car in broad day light!!!! This is not the first time this has happened several other tentants have had this same problem. The only thing that the office has done to resolve this is put out a memo. We are from atlanta and I have never seen so much theft and disregard for one anothers neighbors in my life!!! I would not recommend walnut hill if you are looking to move yeah the rent is low but the cost you will spend replacing all your stolen goods will not even out. Also, the walls are thin as paper. The grounds always have trash.
