My husband and I have lived here for going on two years now. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Benny is the best! Our complex is right next to the main swimming area and when there are people swimming and being loud and obnoxious after the pool has closed, Benny is quick to get rid of them. It's hard to sleep when there are a bunch of drunks swimming at the pool at 3 a.m. It's very disturbing. I suggest stricter policies for swimming after hours and disturbing the peace. It happens all to frequently and I hate being the one to call on Benny late at night. He works hard and I hate to disturb his sleep due to the idiots that apparently don't have a job to go to during the week.
