Lived here on two occasions. In 2001 for a year and 2008 for 3 months. I highly recommend it. Nice complex and safe. Never felt unsafe and never had anything stolen. Maintenance responds ASAP. I have two minor gripes. The girls at the leasing office aren't the sharpest tools in the shed (might be different workers by now) and they did not return the $40 gate remote fee. The lease clearly states that every resident is entitled to one, free of charge and any additional remote has a $40 nonrefundable fee. I only had one remote. Read the lease before you give them $40 (I read it after the fact). Other than that, no other problems.
