Try to stay away. At Woodchase we had problems with ants the whole 3 years we were there. Within the past year or two we have been robbed twice and I have heard many others saying the same things about ants, robberies, etc.
When we first arrived we had to sign forms, etc for an hour and a half. If we hadn't had people on the way to move us in we would have ran at that point.
Thank goodness we were never late with rent... I think they take your first born or something.
