my girlfriend and i have been here since nov. of 2004.we started having problems almost the second we moved in.staff is very rude and uncooperative.my girlfreiend has said maitanence personnal makes her feel uneasy.sunshine corp. has threatened to take us to court over a ten dollar mix-up.we have called about pest problems numerous times without any resolve. i was just bitten by some poisionous insect.i had to go to the doc and spent around $130 for visit and prescription.not alot but when numerous complaints have been made we feel something should have be done.they did agree to spray (but it is a little after the fact) then said that is all they could do. long story short DO NOT waste your time here.
