I have lived in these apartments since October 2005 and I am now going to move somewhere else.
You will make a BIG mistake if you move to Woodchase.
The people in management are crooks and I'm going to tell you why.
One weekend my toilet overflowed and I didn't know what to do and the plunger wouldn't stop the water from coming out.
The next thing you know it got on the carpet.
Needless to say maintenance had to come out and wet vac the carpet.
My landlord charged me $188 for it.
And now since I didn't pay them that money they are taking me to court.
This is unfair and doesn't make since.
So beware stay away from Woodchase it's not as good as they make it seem.

First off, it is in your lease as to maintenance calls on the weekend. If you did not agree to it, then you shouldn't have signed the lease. I doubt very seriously the toilet just did this by itself. Second off, your a moron if you don't know how to turn the water valve off that is on every toilet unless it pre-dates 1980. It would have stopped the water till you could get someone who could apply themselves with the plunger.

If it was so bad, why did you stay there for THREE YEARS!? Maybe your tolerance level is higher than mine. Second, doesn't anyone read the fine print anymore?
