I've enjoyed living at Woodchase, and I would recommend it to a friend. Please realize that it is not perfect, however.
Things I like:
1. The fitness center, pools, etc. are kept in great condition. Just know that the bulbs in the tanning beds are weak, which is fine with me.
2. The grounds are kept in pristine condition, it always looks nice.
3. The price is great for around here. I pay less than $700 for 3br, 2ba and 1200sqf!
4. The apartments are well insulated, so energy bills stay low. Mine was never over $100.

Things I don't like:

1. Traffic: I live next to the rear entrance, and people speed through off of Germantown road going 50 mph. I'm scared to death that someone will hit a kid.

2. YOu can hear nothing from neighbors next door, but if someone lives above you, you hear everything. We have teenage girls above us. Can you imagine the noise' try to live on the second floor.

3. Most of our neighbors are nice, considerate people, but there are always exceptions, however. Nothing is ever done about complaints about the noise, people throwing trash on our deck, etc.

4. The move in deals are terrific, and there's no security deposit, but be aware that when you move out Sunshine Corporation will stick it to you for every little thing. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
