I lived in Woodchase for just over a year and absolutely loved it. I have no complaints at all. The rates are great and I had a two bedroom/one bath with no one above me or below me and only one person on one side. The amenities such as two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, small fitness room, free tanning beds, tennis courts, racquetball courts, a washer & dryer in each unit, above the stove microwaves, covered parking literally right in front of your house/apartment, mini blinds on all windows, very secure doors with peek holes, plenty of closet space, closet organizers already installed in all closets, security systems, and maintenance that is superior make this such a wonderful place to live. I always felt safe there as a single female and never felt unsafe when coming in my house after dark. Being able to park so close was so nice and there was always ample outdoor lighting. The grounds are very well kept with the grass always mowed, bushes trimmed, and lots of pine needle bedding. With a covered front porch and enclosed patio, it was like living in a small house. When we bought our first house and moved out of Woodchase, the moving out experience was so painless and simple. I would definitely recommend Woodchase to anyone needing convenience, amentities, and a great price!
