I am currently living at Woodchase and would recommend it without hesitation. The cost is reasonable for what you get and the perks are great. If you call maintenance with a concern or problem they come out immediately and fix it.

Problem - I had a problem with ants. I called several times and they came out consistently and finally found the anthill and destroyed it. Other than that, everything is fine!
