From the first week I moved in, the noise from my neighbors has been intolerable. My infant has not been able to sleep due to the screaming, banging on walls, multiple dogs yelping and barking. Management's response, even through the District Manager, was to tell me to stop sending the letters. I even contacted the president of the company, and he acted like I was making it up and to stop bothering him. This is a nightmare!!!! Please do not make the HUGE MISTAKE that I did. Do not rent from Woodchase apartments - you will end up regretting it and counting the days on a calendar when you can move from this awful place. Don't even get me started on the ants, termites, carpet, etc.
