I have not any to many problems with woodchase or it's owner, Sunshine Corp. I am actually shocked about alot of these complaints. I lived at Woodchase for a while and know alot about them. For one I know that your rent is actually due on the 7th of the month and it would be sent to court if not received by like mid-month. The Leasing Staff are super super nice and extremly helpful, also Debbie the Maintenance lady is great! Whenever I had to make a maintenance call they are there like that day or no later than the next. When I moved out there were a few things I overlooked like not cleaning my stove and my drip pans. They sent me a letter of my damages and they gave me 5 days to come and clean my stove and replace my drip pans before I had to pay for anything. I thought that was pretty cool. The only complaints I really ever had was the day I moved in. There was paint in places it shouldn't have been, the dreaded wallpaper, and the vinyl was pretty messed up but other than that I was really pleased. If anyone reads this I would say you can't believe everything until you experience it yourself!:)
