I expect when I pay $625 a month to have maintenance come and kill all the spiders, ants, termites, and whatever other bugs come in my apartment. I also expect them to fix their cheap carpet without complaining and I expect my countertops to not stain when anything touches it. I too have a newborn that is awoken by neighbors that aren't necessarily that noisy, but the walls are so thin that I can hear even normal conversations. If you think you might get transferred to another state don't try to break your lease. You've been sucked into the vortex that is the sunshine corporation and you won't get out before you're time is up. If it were as easy as just buying a house to get out, believe me I would.
