THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPLEX TO RENT ON. THE ROADS ARE HORRIBLE AND YOU CANT GET MAINTAINCE TO FIX ANYTHING. PLUS IF YOUR LATE WITH YOUR RENT THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT. I WAS 5 1/2 HOURS LATE AND THE FOLLOWING 3 DAYS THE SHERIFF'S DEPT WAS KNOCKING AT MY DOOR WITH A DETAINER WARRANT AND SUMBITTING ME TO COURT. IT COST ME 455.00 (RENT) PLUS AN ADDTIONAL 448.33 TO KEEP FROM GOING TO COURT. SO A TOTAL OF 903.33 FOR THE MONTH. NOW INSTEAD OF MY RENT BEING 455.00 A MONTH IS WENT UP TO 596.00 A MONTH. ITS COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. BEWARE AND DO NOT RENT. I SHOULD OF LISTENED TO THESE REVIEWS BUT I DIDN'T. NOW I'M LISTING MINE AND HOPING PEOPLE ARE SMART AND REVIEW THESE BEFORE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE.
