I have resided in much better apartments. Problems with Woodchase - ants, more ants, apartments are not well kept, overflowing trash every weekend in the dumpsters, outdated and old appliances, too many unattended kids roaming constantly, etc. A break in occured when friends visited for the weekend - his car was ruined. Management is okay at the site, however the corporate office sucks. Weight room and indoor pool area was great. Overall - The Ghetto.
