I have been living at woodchase for almost a year, and if I could of gotten out of my lease the month I moved in I would have. Our apartment is infested with ants and spiders. Not just regular spiders. Black widows and other posionous ones. I have a three year old and when he sees a bug of any kind starts to freak out. Because he thinks it is a spider that is going to hurt him. I have told the office of our problem and they don't seem to care. They have sprayed and nothing. It seams that they come back more. Other problems besides the bugs... our roof has been molded his the day we moved in. All they do is clean it with bleach and let it dry. My ceiling looks like it is about to cave in, and they don't seem to care. My jeep was broken into during the summer, and we had no clue that their were even robberies going on over here. We never recieved a letter about it until 4 months after my radio was stolen and my windows were slashed. I have never in my life seen such poor service from an apartment community. I thought that we would love living here after all Sunshine Corp. is one of the best, but I guess it doesn't matter anymore who owns it. It matters by runs it. I reccomend DO NOT MOVE HERE!! oh yeah the 2 bedroom apartments are very very tiny!!
