Murder in Cordova - Tom Powell reports Go to Wreg.com or WMCTV.com someone was murdered here. They did not discover the body until they were serving an eviction notice! Go figure.

This apartment community is awful, crime ridden, mold and spider infestations. I did NOT feel safe to allow my kids to play outside. Huge crime rate.To see if for yourself go to www.memphiscrimetracker.com and do the search yourself. This place is unsafe and should be torn down. There is so much mold in these apartments it is not good for anyone's health. Be prepared to pay major $$$$ when you move out. If you decide to move in.............just document document document and of course send certified mail.
