I lived there from October 2005-October 2006.

Let's start with the good things, since it's short.

Pros- You get a clean apartment with decent carpet. The community was kept clean and manicured. Whenever I called for maintenance, it was handled the same or next business day. The ladies at the leasing office were always helpful. My appliances worked 99.9% of the time (my front burner worked only when it felt like it, but I never called about it). Covered parking. I never had a problem, heard of, nor witnessed any break-ins. Convenient, on G-town parkway and close to everything.

Con's- When I moved in I had to leave to Miami for business for three months. While there, the apartment maintenance workers came in to check on some lights and walked out with a $500 Nikon camera that was sitting on my unpacked boxes in the living room. In my living room I could hear music coming from my neighbors to the left and in my bedroom I could hear my neighbors to the right snoring and their baby crying throughout the night. I had an issue with ants that I had to take care of myself bcz whatever the maintenance men were using seemed to only help them multiply. Oh, and before I left for Miami, I notified the leasing office I would be out of town and could only be reached by cell. Well, one of my checks bounced because they cashed it before the post date (which I did often to make sure my checks got there in time)and instead of a courtesy call bcz I wasn't able to check my mail, they sent it to their attorneys. They wouldn't speak to me until I paid the Attorney's office. I was so livid! From that day on, only four months into my lease, I knew I was leaving as soon as the lease was up. Don't waste your time there, if your human, you're not good enough to them.
