Nice place to live however - The Reserve at Dexter Lake is a good place to live. Staff is very friendly. Maintainance is always prompt. Buildings are not that new. Some are pretty old, some are average old. However I am not satisfied with cost structure. During first year you get affordable price however next year your rent will be increased by $100- $150/month. If u want to get robbed live at lincoln - My son who is 20 was robbed at gunpoint at 7:30 at night in a well lit area of the apartments. He was trying to vacuum out my car and 2 black men robbed him at gunpoint. Then to make matters worse the office offered no apology and were very hateful about the experience.
