It's maintenance - I have lived here for about 4 years. I have been sitting here reading these reviews, some I agree with others I don't. Everything is above average here except the maintenance department. It is HORRIBLE how long a person has to wait. The maintenance department is the problem here everything else is pretty good. TOO MUCH NEGATIVITY Nowhere is PERFECT--if you are looking for perfection, start going to Church. Otherwise, give the staff a chance to respond to issues, because everything takes time. The apartments are old, yes, and there ARE issues, but the key is POLITE PERSISTENCE.

Glad to be at Parks Edge! I moved here with my family over 2 years ago. The staff is great they helped move the bus stop so my kids would not get hurt. Maint. is always friendly.
The girls in the office go above and beyond to help out when we have packages.
Had break-ins but they caught the bad
