Theft is rampant, Managment company is hateful and greedy. Check the fine print, they will screw you every way they can. Unforgiving rental contracts, crazy cleaning fees, constant nickel and dime charges. Live here at your own risk. Oh, and the traffic issues are crazy.

Great place... Been living here for almost 5 months due to my child and wanting them to have challenges with their work and education. So far the staff has been great... Tracy and Lucinda. Can't complain! Maintenance is fast and sometimes arrive within a few minutes and sometimes within an hour

Why do it? There are better places. Its called drive 5 minutes south and your in Germantown. Its more expensive but it was worth the move for us. If you can't afford G-town there are still better choices in Cordova. I've heard good things about Walnut Hill Apartments right down the street
