I loved this apartment complex at first. Then had a few problems that took a month or two to fix. I thought I had it bad then' Now it is a year or two to have it fixed. My air conditioner only keeps the apartment at the temperature I have it set on when it is dark. I tried turning it down to 60` during the day and that didn't keep it any cooler. Manteca said that the down stairs neighbor might not be turning on her A/C and that is what is heating my apartment. Makes NO since. If that was a problem, just my electric bill would go up and not the temperature. Speaking of that my electric bill in this SMALL one bdrm apartment runs between $60 and $90 all year round over these 5 years, and last months when the A/C stopped working correctly it was $117!!! The faucets leak, "I will come in tomorrow to replace it" then "it s on back order". After 2 years of piddling with it saying they were replacing this or adjusting that and no change. They did break my faucet mounted water filter system- then the manager said that they are not responsible for what their employees break. What a load of crock...
Also I told them that the back of the vents were leaking into the walls and the closet where the filter and air intake are and they didn't put duct tape on that-NO! - They taped the unit shut so I can't get in to change the filter anymore. Oh yes I have to ask for filters as they will not come and change them as they are required to.
