I lived in Park Ridge for 3 years and loved it at first. My last year there, they must have really been desperate for renters, because anything and everything began moving in. Rude, loud neighbors were not uncommon, and that made living there absolutely miserable.

I will say that thet one time I needed repair work done, it was handled promptly. The grounds crew was very friendly, but the neighbors were less than curtious.

Paying less for rent simply is not worth living in these apartments.
