My family and I lived there for a year. It is a good starting out place. The rent is low for the area. But you do get what you pay for. The parking spots are really tiny. If you have a bigger truck or SUV, you might find it hard to park and get in and out of it. Forget it if you have a baby in a car seat. You got to park in vistors to get in an out. The walls are a bit thin. Some what thinner than most apartments. If you live on top floor and anyone else on top floor walks heavy, your walls will rattle. For the age of the place, it is kept up really well. The pool is a bit small and a bit yucky. We swam in it once and didnt go back . Not fond of swimming with green slimmy stuff on the walls. But you do get what you pay for. It is nice for the rent you pay!
