The apartments themselves are nice not very well taken care of at all. I think there solution is just cover it up with paint, cabinets are over 20 years old, the floor is cafeteria tile, very old appliances, they say in the office that they are all about saving energy with there energy star equipment. The fridge was old and very used and yellow, so was the dryer/washer and stove......Yellow appliances scream 80's....The parking is a joke and the break-ins there are ridiculous, in 2 years I saw 9 cars broken into and that's not including my car twice.I am not kidding at all about the cars being broken into and to the staff it was no biggie." she said "again". Maintenance guys are quick and efficient, the management there including maintenance is like a big gossip high school. For what you pay there cheap or not it is not worth it at all....the only thing that is nice is the grass area but dealing with the unprofessional office staff IS NOT WORTH IT!
