I lived at Derby Run for close to 4 years. In that time, if anything went wrong (rarely), Lynda had maintenance on it almost immediately. There's not many places you'll find a manager you can chat with who isn't in a rush to get you out the door- not at Derby Run. As a former resident who stops by now just to say hi, I witness her from a unique perspective and see how she treats her residents. After reading the horror stories of other Knoxville apartments, you'll be glad to work with Lynda and the Derby Run team.
