We lived in the complex for a year and never had a problem with noise, crime, people, etc. Our neighbors were the nicest people we have ever lived near and we still keep in touch. Grounds were very clean and the apartment was clean when we moved in. The only complaint I have is that the female manager wasn't very nice. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who rented us the apartment, but he was wonderful and we really loved dealing with him. The lady had an unpleasant side to her. If you could avoid dealing with her, wonderful place to live. My husband misses it terribly there.
