My wife and I relocated to Knoxville and moved into Lanesborough site unseen. Jeff worked hard to make the long distance move an easy one. The few times we did have an issue, it was resolved very quickly and the staff was very eager to please. This was by far the nicest apartment we'd ever lived at and we would've stayed if we hadn't found the right house!
