I can recommend this place I've been here for 8 months. Friends of mine recommended this place, and I feel very thankful for him now.
This area is very safe and convenient for living (5 min distant from Turkey Creek Mall).
Apartment looks old in outside, but it is fairly good inside.

The grounds and the surrounding neighbor kept up on a regular basis. Nice look to the complex. The management was not always responsive and many times the car vac and wash etc. did not work. It became progressively worst over time. The owner does not seem to want to put anymore time or money into

Enjoy living here I have been at the Lanesborough Apartments now for almost two years. I do not remember who I signed up with in the beginning because the employee turnover rate was so high the first year I was a resident here. But I can honestly say Amanda Pfeffer has been an amazing apartment

Nice place, great manager I lived at Derby Run for close to 4 years. In that time, if anything went wrong (rarely), Lynda had maintenance on it almost immediately. There's not many places you'll find a manager you can chat with who isn't in a rush to get you out the door-

Great place My wife and I relocated to Knoxville and moved into Lanesborough site unseen. Jeff worked hard to make the long distance move an easy one. The few times we did have an issue, it was resolved very quickly and the staff was very eager to please. This was by far the nicest apartment

Management Sucks They walk you through and talk about the gate, which never works, the pool and jacuzzi which is always down, and the free car wash and vacuum that is broken much of the time. The place is nice. The management sucks.
