Nice place, great manager - I lived at Derby Run for close to 4 years. In that time, if anything went wrong (rarely), Lynda had maintenance on it almost immediately. Great place My wife and I relocated to Knoxville and moved into Lanesborough site unseen. Jeff worked hard to make the long distance move an easy one. The few times we did have an issue, it was resolved very quickly and the staff was very eager to please. This was by far the nicest apartment

Management Sucks They walk you through and talk about the gate, which never works, the pool and jacuzzi which is always down, and the free car wash and vacuum that is broken much of the time. The place is nice. The management sucks.

I highly recommend this place My husband and I lived there from 1999 (when they were first built) until the end of 2001. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. We loved the walking path in between the complex and the beautiful surroundings. The only reason we moved was because of the price, too

Beautiful Community I have lived at Lanesborough for 2 years. This is such a beautiful community, it has a really secluded location away from the interstate and busy streets. One of my favorite things to do in spring is take my family on a long walk down the jogging path and admire the beautiful

This place sucks The management and staff do not take care of this facility. There have been no basketball goals here for my kids (as promised) for over 5 months. They'll show you a car wash and other nice amenities. Problem is, they never work. Car Vac has now been down for 6 months.
