I had come up a full month from another city to look for an apartment and heard the Cool Springs was a great place. I was happy with the visit with one of the people at the office and we saw a great apartment, clean grounds and we could have a dog. We were quoted a certain price and a month later we returned with our things only to be told that they had missquoted our price. I am on a fixed budget for a few months while work picks up and this was unacceptable. I told them that this would not work, they advised me it was their fault, but they would meet me half way. Well, my stuff is in a Uhaul outside and with my wife feeling sick we did not have the time to look elsewhere for another apartment. So I would make sure you get everything in writing and make sure they quote you the right price and ask twice. They will try to jack up the price on you!!! I would not live on the bottom floor either, the walls are paper thin and can hear everything from children running upstairs to other not mentionables!
